- In Person: Citi Performing Arts Center Box Office: Tuesday - Saturday 12 Noon to 6 PM (The Box Office will also be open at the advertised time for all pre-sales and show on-sales.)

SECURITY
- Bags, parcels or luggage are not allowed in the Shubert Theatre

SMOKING
- Smoking is prohibited on The Shubert Theatre premises
LATECOMERS
- Please allow ample time for road construction, parking and other
unforeseen events that may cause delays in arriving at the Theatre on time
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Producers and/or
the discretion of the Theatre Management, which may result in latecomers
missing a portion of the show
PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
- The taking of photographs or the use of video or audio recording
equipment is strictly prohibited by law
- No video, audio or photographic equipment is allowed in the auditorium
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
- Please silence all cellular phones, pagers, watches and other
electronic devices
- Please refrain from text messaging and the use of other devices
that cause unnecessary light in the auditorium.
RESTROOMS
- Restrooms are located in the Lower Lobby and in the Mezzanine and Balcony lobbies.
- In addition, there is an accessible restroom located on the 1st
floor Main Lobby
FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Concession stands are located throughout The Shubert Theatre lobbies
- Food and beverage are permitted in the Theatre, based on show
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
- Located in the Box Office Lobby
CHILDREN
- All patrons, including children, must have a ticket for the performance
- Due to content, it is recommended that children under the age of 4 do
not attend the Theatre unless it is a children's/family show
- Please call ahead to insure there are no age restrictions with the
show you are attending
SHOW MERCHANDISE
- Show tee-shirts, hats, CD's and other items can be purchased
inside the main lobby on the left hand side as you enter the Theatre
- Show related merchandise is sold by the show's producing organization
- Citi Performing Arts Center is not responsible for defective
merchandise
LOST & FOUND
- Inquiries should be made at the Chief Usher's podium on the day of
the event or call 617-532-1225
EMERGENCY CALLS
- Anyone who expects emergency calls should contact the Theatre Manager
upon arrival
- Emergency calls should be placed to 617-482-9393 extension "0"
(operator)
- Doctors, Nurses and EMTs are encouraged to check with the Theatre
Manager upon arriving at the Theatre in the case of a Medical Emergency
PARKING
- Please leave appropriate time to locate parking
- There are several parking lots located near the Theatres: The Fitz-Inn
Lot on Kneeland Street; the Tremont Street Garage adjacent to The Wang Theatre;
the Radisson Hotel on Stuart Street; CityPlace Garage in Park Square; the Kinney
Motor Mart on Stuart Street Street and the Garage at 100 Clarendon on Clarendon
Street. Members of The Club receive discounted parking at the Garage @100 Clarendon
