The Citi Performing Arts Center relies on the support of donors to preserve our mission of making art and making art possible. The Citi Performing Arts Center now accepts donations online or if you prefer, you can call our membership office at 617-532-1220. Gifts to The Citi Performing Arts Center, a not-for-profit organization are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law and come with benefits such as acknowledgements in Citi Performing Arts Center publications and priority ticket purchase offers. Does Citi Performing Arts Center accept gifts of stock or other assets?
Yes, in addition to cash gifts, The Citi Performing Arts Center also accepts gifts of securities.

Ticketing

How can a Member purchase tickets?
All Members are automatically members of The Club. Club members can purchase tickets online or via telephone at 1-877-232-8898. An exclusive VIP Ticket Service is available to all Individual Members at the $1,000 President's Circle level or above and to all Corporate Members by calling 617-532-1220. Click here to become a member or upgrade your membership.

Can Members purchase Dress Circle seats?
Dress Circle seats are available to our $5,000 Individual Players Circle members and above, as well as our Corporate Members. If you are a Corporate Member, or an Individual member at the $5,000 level or above and would like to purchase Dress Circle seats, please contact the Development Department at 617-532-1220.

Does Citi Performing Arts Center ever donate tickets?
Yes, The Citi Performing Arts Center does donate tickets to other not-for-profit organizations; However, all requests must be received in writing. Please mail all inquiries in writing to the attention of Joe Spaulding, President and CEO of The Citi Performing Arts Center, 270 Tremont Street Boston, MA 02116. Please be sure to provide proof of your organization’s 501C3 status.

How can a Member get advance notice of shows and on sale dates?
Become a Club Member of Citi Performing Arts Center! All Members receive advance notice of upcoming performances and on sale dates whenever possible.

Can a Member buy tickets ahead of the public sale?
YES! Citi Performing Arts Center Club Members frequently get the opportunity to purchase tickets before they become available to the general public.

How do I use my complimentary tickets?
To use the complimentary tickets offered in your membership benefits package, please call the Membership Office at 617-532-1220.

How is the Citi Performing Arts Center funded?
Citi Performing Arts Center is funded through several different means including Membership, The Loge Club, Major Sponsors, Foundations and Special events. Citi Performing Arts Center Membership Program's annual goals include funds raised from individual members ($100+), Corporate Members ($2,500+) and Special Events such as the Annual Gala; these donations directly support the Center's operations.

How is the Citi Performing Arts Center Education Program funded?
The Education program of the Citi Performing Arts Center was established in 1988. The program is funded through contributions from private and public sources at a ratio of approximately 70% private and 30% public. Private funders include independent corporate and community foundations; local corporations and individuals. Public funders include the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Citi Performing Arts Center helps to underwrite The Education program by absorbing costs for tickets and capital expenditures such as space rental and office/musical equipment. The Education program is also permanently endowed by the Walter Suskind Memorial Education Fund, a memorial to Walter Suskind.
