Group Sales

General Information

Group discounts are available for many of the shows at the Citi Performing Arts Center. Generally, groups of 15 or more qualify for group discounts. The group requirement may be more or less depending on the event. Please call for individual show information.

Our Sales Representatives are available to take your call Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To speak with a group sales representative call 617-532-1116 or email at groups@citicenter.org

Tickets can be reserved months in advance for our group shows. A 10% deposit is required within the first 10 days of placing an order. One month prior to the performance, a final ticket count is needed along with full payment. Once payment is received in full, tickets are mailed.
