When is my voucher valid?
Your voucher can be redeemed ONLY for the designated performance you purchased. One voucher is valid for one guest. All guests are required to have a show ticket regardless of age.

How / when can I pickup my tickets?
Your reserved tickets will be available for pick up beginning November 20th at noon at the Citi Wang Theatre Box Office. A photo ID is required for pick up via will call. Tickets are available for pick up during our regular box office hours (Tues – Sat; 12-6PM). No confirmations, exchanges, or reservations can be taken by phone. Tickets can be picked up in person at the box office by the purchaser or purchaser's designee only.

Where can I pick up my show tickets?
Tickets will be available for pick up beginning November 20th at noon. They are at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre Box Office (270 Tremont St, Boston, MA 02116).

How are the seats assigned?
Seating is assigned based on ordering information provided by Groupon.

How long is the show?
The show is approximately 90 minutes long.

Is there a dress code?
No dress code is required at the Wang Theatre.

What if I can’t make it and want to send someone in my place?
All vouchers must be exchanged for tickets at the box office in person by the purchaser or purchaser's designee. A photo ID will be required. Tickets will be available for pick up beginning on Tuesday, November 20th at noon. You may pick your tickets up prior to the show and give them to the person who will be attending the show.

Can I pay to upgrade the ticket?
No. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

Will my group be seated together?
Groups wishing to sit together must purchase their vouchers together as a single order under one name. Seating locations may not be exchanged.

Are there any age restrictions?
All guests regardless of age require a show ticket to enter the theatre. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas! The Musical is appropriate for children 3 and up.

Is flash photography/video allowed at the Wang Theatre?
No flash photography or video is permitted inside the theatre at any time.

Are food and alcoholic beverages available at the theatre?
Yes. Concessions and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the Theatre.

When does my voucher expire?
All vouchers expire on the date and time of the performance. Late seating will be at the discretion of the theatre management.
