The annual April visit to Boston by Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater has long been one of the city’s celebrated seasonal traditions. The stunningly gifted and gorgeous Ailey dancers bring fire and passion to programs of classics and exciting new works alike. Following the successful transition to new artistic director Robert Battle, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater continues its triumphant journey as America’s leading modern dance company.
